¿Quiénes Somos?/

Who We Are

Somos gente que ama poder ayudar, y sentimos que ayudando a otros construimos un mundo mejor. Expresamos el amor de Cristo sin necesidad de denominación eclesiástica o grupo específico. “Bolsitas de Amor” es para todos.

We are people who love being able to help and feel that as we help others, we build a better world. We express the love of Christ without the need of an ecclesiastical denomination or specific group. “Bags of Love” is for everyone. 

 

¿Qué Pretendemos?/

Our Purpose

“Queremos unificar” iglesias, escuelas, lugares de trabajo, etc. llenando bolsitas para alguien en necesidad. Pueden llenar todas las bolsitas que deseen.

“We want to unite” churches, schools, workplaces, etc. by filling up bags for someone in need. One can fill up as many bags as they wish. 

 

¿Cuál es la Propuesta?/

The Proposal

Nosotros proveemos la bolsita y tú la llenas de los productos que se han designado para dicha escuela, comunidad, etc. Ej. La escuelita Luis Muñoz Marín llenará las bolsitas con alimentos no perecederos. La farmacia del pueblo llenará las bolsitas de artículos de primera necesidad (jabón, pasta de dientes, champú, etc.). 

We provide the bag, and you fill it up with products assigned to the specific school, community, etc. For example, St. Stephens Elementary will fill bags with non-perishable food items, and the cardboard factory will fill bags with hygiene items (soap, toothpaste, shampoo, etc.). 

 

Metas Corto Plazo/

Short-Term Goals

• Preparar un mejor lugar para almacenar los productos recolectados y que nos sirva como centro de distribución y preparación de las bolsitas.

• Prepare a better place for storing the collected items and that will serve as a bag distribution and preparation center. 

• Buscar posibles lugares interesados en participar de la recolección de bolsitas (iglesias, escuelas, etc.)

• Seek possible places interested in participating in the bag collection (churches, schools, etc.)

• Preparar cruza-calles para promocionar la recolección en el lugar designado

• Prepare banners to promote the bag collection in the assigned places

• Hacer nuevas bolsas de tela para las recolecciones y bolsas de papel para repartición

• Make new cloth bags for the collections and paper bags for the distribution

 

Metas Largo Plazo/

Long-Term Goals

• Buscar patrocinadores económicos

• Find financial partners and sponsors

• Darnos a conocer y promocionar en conciertos o actividades grandes

• Get the word out and promote in concerts and big events

• Hacer viajes misioneros internacionales a la República Dominicana e Haití llevando la fundación junto al Ministerio de Pies Descalzos y clínicas de salud.

• Coordinate mission trips to the Dominican Republic and Haiti taking the Foundation to them along with the Barefoot Ministry and Medical Clinics.

• En segundo plano, comenzar a conocer otros campos misioneros en América Latina

• Later on, we would like to break out into other mission fields in Latin America
